i think its damn true lo... like wat we learn in CRM, nv overpromise the customer. however, go the extra mile and ur customer will feel treasured. i guess i am too nerdy.. im applying everything i learn into life... even when i play games... i will calculate rate of return on investment b4 i decide wat to invest on... oh tim... slaps...
